Nada Abdallah
Saida Campus

Nada Abdalla is the Coordinator of the Fine Arts and Design Department at the Lebanese International University, Saida Campus and the Founder of ‘Bilarabic’ Design Festival. Nada was born in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates. She completed her BS in Visual Communication from the American University of Sharjah and her MFA from the Institute of Fine Arts at the Lebanese University.

She started teaching at the Higher Colleges of Technology in Sharjah then moved to Lebanon to start teaching at the Lebanese International University. She’s has had solo exhibitions since 1996 and won several awards in Graphic Design and Photography. Her works were exhibited in Lebanon, United Arab Emirates, Korea, Saudi Arabia and the United States.

Layal Abou Ezzie
Mount Lebanon Campus

Layal Abou Ezzie holds of Master degree in Graphic Design from the Holy Spirit University of Kaslik since 2005. Member in the MoEHE (Ministry of education and Higher education), Technical Committee for Program Accreditation.

University instructor since 2006 with an administrative experience in the academic field as the graphic design since 2008; Coordinator at the Lebanese International University, and currently Mount Lebanon campus coordinator.

Layal started working, since 2003, as a design professional offering a wide variety of graphic design solutions ranging from corporate identities to posters, publications, packages and websites. She was an Art director at “Medica Company”, he responsibilities covered design supervision, publication and clients’ presentations.

Abbas Mteirek
Nabatieh & Tyre campuses

Abbas Mteirek is a Multidisciplinary Designer with MFA in Visual Communication from the Lebanese University, and a BA in Graphic Design from Lebanese International University. He is a lecturer and the coordinator of the Fine Arts and Design Department at Lebanese International University in Nabatiyeh and Tyre campuses.

Abbas is the founder of ULI-Lebanese Korean Design Days, and Co-Founder of Mteirex design house. Expertise in the world of information design, user interface, and brand Identity design. A coffee and a music lover.

Rana Kerbaj
Tripoli Campus
Rana Kerbaj holds a Diploma in Education of fine Arts/Plastic Arts from the Lebanese University and is currently pursuing a Masters in Educational Management in Lebanese International University.

Kerbaj worked as a painter for prestigious galleries and exhibited in Lebanon and UAE art exhibitions.
Her total paintings to this day were more than 150 most sold to collectors in UAE. She started teaching in the Lebanese International University in 2003.

Ammar Ouwaida
Akkar Campus

Ammar Ouwaida is a design instructor and the campus coordinator of the Fine Arts Department (Interior – Graphic Design) at the Lebanese International University– Akkar Campus. He completed two bachelor’s degrees in Interior Design and Interior Architecture, and a degree in Graphic Design for the Web, and recently earned his Masters of Business Administration in marketing.

He is currently pursuing his master degree in Educational Management at the Lebanese International University. Mr. Ouwaida spent years teaching design at institutions in Canada and Lebanon. Besides that he enjoys painting and writing. He currently resides in Tripoli with his wife and daughter.
